As a child, I had a passion for playing with mud, creating stick figures, and crafting my own toy trucks and cars. I was determined to impress the little girls and life was good and uncomplicated. I dreamed of becoming a sculptor, creating magnificent, large figures, marrying one of those little girls, and living happily ever after.
However, as I pursued my artistic ambitions, I discovered that the traditional method of working with clay was not suitable for me. I found the process tedious and counterproductive. The armature was cumbersome, and the clay wrapping process was a nuisance because I wanted to see the sculpture at all times. I had two choices, to give up my dream or to find a new way. I chose the latter.
And so, my journey began. After much experimentation and hard work, I developed a new method called the “Spiral Suspension Method.” This method revolutionized the way I sculpted, allowing me to create large, intricate figures without the restrictions of traditional clay sculpting methods.
Today, I am proud of what I have achieved and the art I have created using the Spiral Suspension Method. It has given me the freedom to express my artistic vision without limitations, and I hope to inspire others to pursue their dreams, no matter the obstacles they may face.
